What is the CIA’s return policy?
If you wish to return a product, please contact us using the contact form, and let us know the reason for your return. You must ship the item back to The Culinary Institute of America at your own expense within 30 days of receiving your order, and will be charged a 20% re-shelving fee. Once the item is received, your account will be credited.

How do I buy products for a tax exempt organization?
If you are buying books or DVDs for a tax exempt organization, please contact us with your tax exempt ID and we will help process your payment.
